How To Be Unstoppable by Lisa Clifford: A Heart-Led Guide to Personal Growth

When you know you’re meant for more

A book about remembering

I wrote How To Be Unstoppable from lived experience and from decades of working closely with people in moments that truly matter. The 14 Guiding Principles in this book have been revealed to me through firewalking, coaching, leadership training, and those honest moments where truth was needed far more than performance or appearance.

The Sacred Fire has been one of my greatest teachers. It reflects presence, focus, intention, and alignment, and I’ve seen again and again that life responds in exactly the same way. When these qualities are lived rather than forced, clarity begins to unfold naturally.

This book was written to create space for your clarity, supporting reflection, awareness, and reconnection, and allowing your insights to arise in their own time, without pressure or urgency.

What you’ll find inside

My intention for the book

You reconnect with who you truly are: The book supports you in seeing yourself beneath layers of expectation, conditioning, and pressure, helping you return to a sense of self that feels honest, steady, and familiar.

You develop deeper self trust: Through reflection and awareness, you begin to listen to your own inner knowing more clearly, allowing decisions to come from alignment rather than doubt or external validation.

You experience greater clarity and calm: The guiding principles invite presence and focus, which naturally reduces mental noise and creates space for clearer thinking and more grounded choices.

You move through change with more ease: Whether you’re at a crossroads or in transition, the book offers a steady companion that supports courage, resilience, and thoughtful action without overwhelm.

You gain a practical framework you can return to: The 14 guiding principles are designed to be revisited as life evolves, offering ongoing insight and support rather than a one time read.

Who this book is for

This book meets you where you are.

It supports you, if you are navigating change, standing at a crossroads, rebuilding trust in yourself, or sensing that something more is ready to be lived, even if it cannot yet be fully named.

Why this book is intentionally concise

How To Be Unstoppable was written as a two-hour read by design.

In addition to this size book being my preference to read … research consistently shows that shorter, focused books are more likely to be read cover to cover, reflected upon, and acted on. This format respects your time, your nervous system, and your capacity for meaningful integration.

The questions in each chapter can be revisited and used as a tool to help bring your thoughts and perspectives into conscious awareness.

It is a book to sit with, revisit, and return to as life evolves.

A note from me

When you return to this book

You may find yourself returning to this book at different moments in your life, not because something is wrong, but because something is ready to shift.

It can be a steady companion during times of change, when decisions feel tender or unclear, or when you sense that the way forward asks for honesty rather than effort. It’s equally supportive in quieter seasons, offering space to reflect, realign, and reconnect with what matters most.

Each return may reveal something new, as the principles meet you differently depending on where you are and what life is inviting from you. Trust what draws you back, even if you can’t fully explain why.

This book is here whenever you feel the call to come home to yourself again.

A book that continues to give

For 2026, all proceeds from the sale of this book are being donated to The Island in York, a local charity supporting children, young people, and families through care, connection, and community.

Alongside this, the same amount raised will be match funded into a scholarship pot that supports individuals who feel called to attend empowerment events and trainings but require financial support to do so.
